Egin “New Old Stock” early 1970’s Chronograph Val. 7734 Item #3156

50 plus years old and never worn, never used! 

This is a complete set!

This comes with everything as when new: all booklets, signed strap, hang tag, inner and outer boxes and of course the watch. The watch is new. Every surface is prefect and retains its original finish. The case is gold plated and measures 39 X 41mm so it is a good size piece. The case style reminds me of the Heuer Camaro from the same period. 

The movement is the Swiss made 17-jewelValjoux 7734. It is a manual wind movement with a 2 registor chronograph used for recording seconds and minutes. There is also a date feature at 6 o’clock. All Chronograph functions work PERFECTLY (start, stop, and flyback). The button at 2 o’clock starts and stops the chronograph, while the button at 4 o’clock resets it. BTW, the Valjoux 7734 was made from the late 60’s to the mid 70’s. 

We left the watch just as we found it so it remains untouched including the movement. We did not want to open the case since its value is about its original, untouched condition. That said, The watch is running well and we checked the timekeeping and it was fine. Over a 3 days period it gained a few seconds daily.
