74 YEARS OLD!

This hefty stainless steel Omega Seamaster C-1950 features a very cool original finish two-tone dial. It features rose gold applied hour markers and applied rose gold Omega logo. The hours are also Rose gold and original. The 3-piece, NEVER polished case measures 34.5mm across without the crown and just over 42.6mm from lug tip to lug tip. There are some signs of its long life with some light scratches on the case. These are all minor and far less than normally seen on an original finish watch from this time period. It also features a signed correct period “Seamaster” crown and an Omega signed acrylic crystal – both in excellent shape!

The dial finish is all original with a matte center and a frosted border surrounding the outside. It also features applied, faceted rose gold markers with Arabic accents at 12, 3, 6, and 9, and matching hands.  The dial does show some aging, but really looks wonderful given it is 74 years old.

The watch features an in-house Omega’s Cal. 351 Bumper Automatic winding movement with 17 jewels and shockproofing.

It comes fully serviced including a new, correct Seamaster crystal, a new alloy mainspring and a new caseback gasket. It is running very well and keeping great time. Along with service, we completely disassembled the case and then ultrasonically cleaned it. We did not touch the case in regard to refinishing or polishing. What you see is just as we found it. We paired it with a brand new chestnut brown lambskin strap that looks great with the rose gold case. This watch really looks and wears like a bigger watch with its wide lugs and thick flat bezel.
