Heuer Daytona SS Chronograph ref. #110.203B Item #3103

Wonderful condition on this Heuer Daytona chronograph.
Designed in the late 70’s, Jack Heuer was trying to create something different. He wanted to get away from the typical Carrera and Monaco look. He wanted it to be something unique and new. With the sleek and case and dial design of the Daytona, we think he succeeded.
This Daytona is housed in a 39mm stainless steel case with its original Heuer signed crown and original stainless steel pushers. This watch has not seen much wear; its condition is too good. If you want to really inspect it, there are some very minor signs of use, but it looks like it’s spent most of its life sitting in someone’s collection. The DARK (almost black in some light) blue dial looks absolutely perfect with nice even aging of the luminous on the dial and hands. The original crystal is in very good condition. Topping it all off is a date window at 6 o’clock.
The signed movement is the Heuer caliber 12 with 17 jewels and automatic microrotor winding. The crown is located on the left hand side. The chronograph features a minute recorder at 3:00, hour recorder at 9:00 and sweep seconds hand. There is no continuous seconds.
It comes ready to wear and enjoy on its original signed Heuer stainless steel bracelet with signed fliplock clasp. Will fit up to an 8 1/2’ wrist. BTW, it has seen so little use that the bracelet is still stiff, kinda like new!
