Stunning example is this Ball Official Railroad Standard in untouched original condition and features a signed “Ball Official Standard” RR case with a stirrup bow. The case is a real standout in design and condition and is rarely seen this nice nowadays. Certainly when you consider it is better than 95 years old.
This is a fully signed Ball Railroad Official Standard by Hamilton and features 21 jewels in rose gold setting and is marked adjusted 5 positions. It also features a micrometer regulator, Sapphire Pallet jewels and is lever set. The original signed enamel dial looks great as does its original blued steel hands (correct railroad style). Even the seconds hand is original.
*Photos are of the watch in its current, unrestored state.

Our goal is to achieve what we refer to as “Sympathetic Restoration”; in other words, bringing the watch back as close as possible to its original appearance without the need to remove all signs of its former life. We don’t want to dramatically change its history.
During the restoration, we only use we only use period-correct parts, and in most cases, genuine factory parts from the same time period as the watch.
