Rolex Oyster Chronometer ref #6565 Item #3169
This men’s C-1956 Rolex Oyster Chronometer, ref. 6565 in full stainless steel features an original Honey Comb off-white dial, faceted dial markers with its original matching hand set. Of course the dial is well aged, but the finish is original so we decided to keep it that way. Besides, we think it looks better in person opposed to these macro pictures. The watch is powered by a signed Rolex cal. 1030, 26 jewel chronometer grade automatic movement. The 34 mm case, engine turned bezel and crown are all original. Overall the watch is in good vintage condition with certainly of signs of use. Still very nice considering its age. It has been fully serviced and is running as it should. All gaskets have been replaced as was the mainspring, case tube and crystal. The case was left as found. All we did is disassembled and ultrasonically clean it.
