This watch was developed in close cooperation with the captains of the rescue fleet of the German Society for the Rescue of Shipwrecked. Due to the great influence of the experienced shipmen, an extremely robust watch was created. Two special features are the 4mm thick sapphire crystal and the enormous water resistance up to 100 bar.
The watch comes with everything as when new. It was purchased from an authorized dealer on 9/28/2022. The watch saw little use since new, but there are three small dings on the side of the case at 5:00. Everyone gets a bit careless once in a while. The watch is fine and on your wrist you can’t see the marks. The watch comes on its original bracelet including the 3 links removed for sizing. This model features a dial that is completely luminous with pierced hands so you can read the time in the dark.
The stainless steel case measures 42 mm and features a heavy duty coated sapphire crystal and caseback. The is also a signed screwed down crown. The movement is a Sellita caliber SW200 featuring auto winding and quick-set date. The watch has been throughly tested and inspected in our shop right down to testing the auto winding and timekeeping accuracy over a period of days and different positions. The watch is running well and keeping very good time. Well within current Chronometer specs.
