Longines Men’s 18K Rose Gold C-1946
This vintage Longines features a solid 18K gold case, blued steel hands, dial a with semi railroad track seconds chapter and a large seconds subdial. The case features a fixed bar on the lugs so mostly likely it was sold in the European market and carried to the US on someone arm. This style case is very rarely seen today and requirers an open end watch strap. It measures 33 mm w/o the crown and 40 mm lug to lug and features long extended, down turned lugs.
The movement is Longines own in-house manual wind and very high-grade. Easily as good Omega and even Rolex at he time. It comes fully serviced including a new mainspring and crystal. We also installed a “correct for the period” rose gold crown just to make it right and complete. Lastly we installed a very nice black Lizard strap so this watch is ready to wear and enjoy.
