This 1960’s chronograph is one of the first watches with the PVD coated cases. This one comes with New Old Stock (unused)  case. The case looks and feels new.  Everything including the crown, chronograph pushers and crystal are prefect. The outstanding black 3-register dial and matching hands are all original with perfectly aged luminous. Given that many of these big sport watches have been through the wringer, finding a case and dial this nice is exceptionally rare. The inner tachymeter bezel also looks great. It’s a good size timepiece measuring just under 42 mm across without the crown and 46 mm from lug to lug. With a screw on case back, fully signed. This watch is built like a tank.

Under the dial is a signed Valjoux (not the ETA version) 7750 automatic chronograph movement with 17 jewels and quickset day and date. It comes recently serviced and is keeping very good time. All of its chronograph features (start, stop, & flyback) operate smoothly, just as they should.
