Complete Set! Outstanding pre-owned condition!
Here is an exceptional looking Breitling “Chronomat Longitude” GMT Chronograph men’s watch in outstanding pre-owned condition. The dark grey dial with luminous Arabic numerals looks perfect with sunken subdials and a date window at 3 o’clock. The white/luminous hour and minute hands looks great, as does the matching GMT (second time zone) hand. A Breitling logoed seconds hand tops it all off nicely.
The SOLID stainless steel case is a great size at 40.5mm across (without crown) – hefty, but not huge for a solid but comfortable wear. The watch is powered by a Chronometer grade, Breitling signed automatic movement with 25 jewels, and is keeping excellent time. All of the Chronograph functions (start, stop, flyback) are working as they should, as is the GMT function (allows you to set a second-time zone). An advantage with this GMT is its second timezone hand works on a 12 hour rotation along with the primary hour hand. Making it much easier the set and read opposed to others with separate 12 and a 24 hour tracks. If you have ever used a Rolex GMT or Explorer II you know what I mean. It comes on its original signed stainless steel bracelet with double-flip lock clasp. Condition wise, this watch easily pass as a store demo. There aren’t any real signs of wear on the case and the bracelet looks new.
The watch comes with everything as new. All it seems to be missing is the outer box. There is the inner box and all paperwork. Purchased in 1998 From unauthorized dealer in St. Thomas and barely used since.
